Jackhenge

Jackhenge is an idea for a new massive stone monument building in the shape of a Union Jack.

The sun aligns and shines through at both sunrise and sunset on both equinoxes and on both solstices.

Encompassing thousands of years of British heritage, it will stand for thousands of years into Britain's future.

Where shall we build it? Portland Dorset? Mansfield Nottinghamshire? Blackpool Lancashire? Hartlepool, County Durham?

Britain may not always be a nation, but Britain will always be a place, and the British will always be a people.
