Shipping policy

All Jackhenge souvenirs are made to order by our print-on-demand partner, so each item is produced especially for you after you place your order.

Delivery times
Please allow the following time for your order to be made and delivered:
Jewellery: up to 30 days
All other items: up to 4 days

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Multiple items
Items in the same order may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has not arrived within the delivery times above, please contact us at kmcasserly@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
